1.      Why Matara.in- We provide an opportunity to visit Six Shakti Pith. Along with it, you will also visit Maa Kali Mandir at Akalipur (A man height Kashtik Stone idol which was worshiped by Jarasandh of Mahabharat), ISKCON Temple, Nitai Birth place (Nitai Gouranga fame), Pandava Ban (where Pandava stayed during Agyatbas)  at Birchndrapur, Hazarduari Palace in Murshidabad, Masanjore dam in Jharkhand, 108 Terracotta Temples at Maluti and other places of BIRBHUM.

2.      What are the places offered – Please go to ‘Places’ in website Matara.in. You will get all details of the places we are offering for visit. You will find all Histories and other details of the places. We are also providing customized package and will be finalized by discussion.

3.      How to Book - Go to ‘Packages’ and book package of your choice. We are offering six ready-made different packages, depending on your group size and places to visit, you have got different choices. For customized package please contact 9650997885

4.      Whether advance booking is required – Yes. We need at least 7-to-10-day time for arranging your accommodation & Transportation for site visit etc.  

5.      Whether Advance is to be paid – Yes. Advance amount mentioned against each package must be paid during booking of tour.

6.      Whether guest can make payment in cash. – Yes. After payment of advance, your booking will be confirmed. If you are doing payment from remote place, you make digital payment, and balance payment can be done in cash.

7.      Whether advance is refundable – No. Advance amount will be adjusted with next tour program if the same is commenced within 30 days of date of tour.

8.      Cancellation Policy- You need to inform at least 3 days in advance (Day of tour is excluded). Your tour program will be re-planed within 30 days of date of tour.

9.      What is the size of the group- Minimum group size is mentioned against each package.

10.  Whether one has to carry Identity Card- Yes. Please carry Identity Card of every person (Adhar Card/ Driving License / Voter ID / Passport) which is needed for Hotel Booking also.

11.  Is food provided – Yes, we will provide Break Fast (Packed/enroute hotel) and Lunch (enroute hotel) during the site visit. We will also provide one ltr. mineral water bottle to each guest.

12.  Where does the tour pick up and drop off on arrival and departure – We will pick you up from Rampurhat Station and take you to your assigned hotel in Toto/Auto. (Being rural area, we have limited option of transportation). After completion of site visit, the last destination is Rampurhat station and you will take drop there.

13.  Whether I have to take my luggage during site visit. Yes. Please take your luggage during site visit, on the day of departure  

14.  Whether stay can be extended further- Yes. On request of guest, stay can be extended by providing Hotel charges etc. You must confirm for the same in advance. However, it will be subject to the availability of hotel room.

15.  Whether Tour Guide is provided- We are providing separate tour guide in Luxury Package only. However, in other packages, our driver will act as guide also and will provide all information / history of the places being visited. However, any extra guide for inside the monuments/temples, guest will pay extra directly to the local guides.

16.  What will be the language of the Guide- Guides are fluent in Bengali. They may speak in Hindi also if needed.

17.  Whether admission fee in Temple /monument etc is payable by guest – Yes. Guest will pay entry fee, camera fee etc.  we will make payment for parking,  Transportation fee if any.

18.  Payment for puja etc.- To be paid by guest.

19.  How much time is spent in each place – Adequate time is provided in each place. Guests are requested to go through the history and other details provided in the “places” In our web site. It will help you to see what you want to see.  

20.  Does price change with week days or specific days- Yes. Hotel charges sometimes varies with the specific auspicious days and week days.  

21.  What weather one can expect- Except rainy season, generally weather is clear and sunny. But in the month of May, June you will find hot & sweaty summer season. 

22.  Are we providing customized tour (Tour as per your requirement)- Yes. Subject to visit is limited to Birbhum and nearby districts like Murshidabad, Jharkhand etc.  Tour will be finalized after discussion.

23.  Whether modification can be made in present tour package- Yes. We may add or delete some destination as per your requirement subject to the places are in the nearby area as mentioned above.  Tour will be finalized after discussion.

24.  Whether group size can be increased- Yes. However, the tour will be finalized after discussion.
