1. Pick & Drop- Pick up being provided at Rampurhat Station in ToTo / Auto. Drop will be at Rampurhat Station after completion of site visit. After site visit the last destination is Rampurhat station.
2. Hotel Stay – AC accommodation on twin sharing basis. Child above 12 will be charged extra. (Or as per hotel’s terms and conditions)
3. Vehicle for site visit- AC vehicle – Scorpio for Premium & Delux package and Swift Desire for Luxury package. (Child 3 to 12 years will be provided seat)
4. Food – Packed Break Fast/in enroute hotel and Lunch in an enroute hotel will be provided during the site visit. One Mineral water 01-liter bottle will also be provided to each guest.
5. Guide – Our driver will be your guide. However, we are providing separate guide for Luxury Package. Our guides will provide information about Temples / monuments /places etc outside of it. Any guide required for inside the Temples / monuments /places etc. to be engaged by guests at their own cost.
6. Write up / History – All details are available in the “Places” section of our website – www.matara.in. However, we will try to keep write up for each place of visit with detailed history of all places etc. inside the vehicle
7. First aid Kit – Will be available in vehicle. It will include all first aid medicines along with medicine for giddiness, dizziness, vomiting, headache, stomach ache etc.
8. Parking & Permit charges – We will pay transportation charges, parking charges, tolls, permit charges etc related to transportation.
Exclusions
1. Food – Food, other than what mentioned in inclusion during site visit.
2. Hotel Expenditure - Any extra expenditure other than stay in hotel.
3. Extra expenditure during site visit - Other than mentioned in inclusion.
4. Insurance – We do not have provision of providing insurance. Guests are requested to have their own provision.
5. Expenditure for Puja- Expenditure for puja, contribution to Pujari and Mandir etc.
6. Admission Fee to Mandir, Monument- All admission charges to be paid by guests.
7. Expenses incurred due to mishap, landslide, strikes, political unrest etc. In such cases extra will be charged as per actual if any.
